At Wellness Psychiatry, we provide thorough, personalized evaluations designed to diagnose and treat mental health and wellness concerns. Our assessments are structured to offer in-depth insights and tailored treatment plans based on your unique needs.
We operate a private-pay fee model and do not accept insurance. However, upon request, we can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Our private-pay psychiatry fees model ensures optimum care without insurance covenants and restrictions.

Note: Complex assessments (autism, with multiple comorbid conditions) and second opinion consultations will be conducted over 3.5–5 hours. For greater flexibility, assessments may also be completed in 1-hour sessions over multiple days. The length of the assessment will be discussed and mutually agreed upon prior to scheduling, based on complexity, youth needs, and family preference.

💳 Private Pay Psychiatry Fees, Payment, and Policies
To ensure efficient scheduling and commitment, we follow a transparent payment process.

💡 Payment is due at the time of service.
💡 We do not accept insurance but can provide a Superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
The full fee is due at the time of service.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a full cancellation fee.

💡 Need documentation for school, work, or accommodations? Detailed reports for ADHD, Autism, or Workplace Accommodations are available upon request for an additional fee.
